Christina Update: First, Christina, Andrew, Brian and I would like to thank everyone for all the messages, concern and prayers. Christina continues to improve every day. Last Monday, Christina was moved to a specialized pediatric hospital in Connecticut. Her heart rate has gone up into the 50s and her orthostatic hypotension issue has stabilized. She is in good spirits considering the amount of time she has been hospitalized. In 3 days, Christina will be 2 months into her fight to reclaim her life. It has been slow going, and she isnt there yet, but she is fighting with everything she has to have a full recovery. She is going to school at the hospital with other children and she has made a couple of friends. She says that she wishes that being in the hospital was more like Red Band Society... but it isnt. ;-) It isnt fun at all, but she knows it is necessary.
