Chuckles 4th run ever at a competition. I NFCd this run so that we could maximize our time. This was at a UKI trial that allows you to choose to run as Not for competition meaning you can do as you wish and reward your dog during the standard course time. I love baby dogs to start out in UKI as it makes those first few trial experiences extra super special and rewarding. As you can see, ChucklePuff immediately received his owl tuggy after the run. Thank god for being able to reward your dog as they stayed honest to your sloppy handling! Love UKI. I didnt walk this as I got to the 2nd mornings run late and just made it in time to check in. He is such a good little traveler that he was ready for his first run of the morning right when we got there. He watched other dogs run and politely waited his turn. Of course he was tugging on his toy but isnt that better than loud verbal protesting? (; He didnt make a peep both days when it wasnt his turn to play agilities. We crated right by the practice jump - not a peep out of him both days, even while I was away from Puffs Palace. Everyone who knew Chuckle as a wee puppy knows we have worked hard on politely waiting our turn and tugging on our toys in peaceful protest instead. I love this boy.
