Cigna predicts 116,000 ACA-compliant plan enrollees for year as earnings rise Health insurer Cigna Corp. reported higher income and revenue for its first quarter while saying that by year-end it expects to have roughly 116,000 individual policyholders in individual plans that comply with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, with 40% of those plans sold outside the exchanges.
