Citrus Sugar Cookie Sandwiches Submitted by Rosemary (MN) HQ Resident Chef Ingredients Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix 8 oz. softened cream cheese 8 oz. non-dairy whipped topping, thawed Citrus Sugar Cookie Mix 1 egg 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter Directions Combine Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix with cream cheese and whipped topping; chill. Prepare Citrus Sugar Cookies as directed on the package. Once cookies are completely cooled, spread Key Lime mixture on bottom side of cookies. Place cookie on other side to make a sandwich.
