City DILG Director Olivia T..Bagasbas discussed the importance of Mainstreaming Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Reduction in local development plans among local government units during the recently concluded 5th Eco Forum 2014 (3rd Series) last July 14-17, 2014 @ Bislig Highland Function Farm, Bislig City, Surigao del Sur. Another undertaking of the Bridging Leaders for Sustainable Development Inc. And the City Government of Bislig in cooperation with National Youth Commission- Northeastern Mindanao Area Office, PAGASA, Department of Budget and Management, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Office of the Civil Defence and the Department of Interior and Local Government.
