Civil Society GBs Member in USA Today at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Green Bay, Wisconsin, US over 60 students and staff came together to remember the incident that took place in Pakistan. With this gathering students and staff became aware of what happened. The International Students Mr. Safdar at NWTC from Pakistan wanted everyone to know about the impact of the incident. Awareness was the goal of the candle light vigil held. I started the session vigil with a heart warming introduction and continued on with a prayer that brought tears to eyes of the staff and students. With tears in the eyes of the staff and students, the g Muhammad Karim (Fulbright scholar at University of Minesota) shed light on terrorism and how Pakistan as country sacrificing for fighting the war against this terror. He was also appreciative of how people of united states feel that Pakistan is not alone in the war against freedom but people of whole world particularly United states are with them in this hour of sadness. The international students are would like to thank Karrie, Lacy and Megan, all staff at the college, for letting them hold this vigil at the school. With this vigil the students hope that everyone will come together to remember and keep Pakistan in their prayers.
