Clea and Dave had a magnificent wedding on top of the world at Horizon Byron Bay, followed the next day by a joyful dance filled afternoon recovery party at the Byron Bay Surf Club. Photography by J Miller Photography. Thanks Clea and Dave for your kind words it was a pleasure for us all to be part of your day. Dearest Simon This is a long overdue note to say THANK YOU!! We had the most amazing wedding weekend in Byron. And that was only possible due to all the hard work behind the scenes, your style & advice and the incredible food! It was only once I got to the house on the Thursday that I realised how much there was to set up and you get to see the hard work that goes into it. Your team was brilliant in terms of advising on the drinks on the day. I mean could you imagine if we had of run out of champagne!! People have literally been raving - young & old! They were just blown away by the 2 days. The food was so fresh and absolutely delicious. We received so many compliments so I wanted to pass them on. We particularly loved the scallops, lamb cutlets, that roast pork, the tart & those walnuts in the salad - OMG! I cant say that we got any of the mezze plates or dessert but from all reports it all flew off the plate and it looked like people were literally hovering at the desert station! And those espresso martinis - well they really got the dance floor going! I think the second day at the surf club really took people by surprise. The ham, BBQ & burrito bar were a total hit! People were literally queuing enjoying a chat on the way, as well as a margarita! Simon thanks for being so cool and fabulous to deal with. You never blinked an eyelid, and I really appreciated that. I must say your staff were gorgeous; so friendly and incredibly helpful. They added to a great vibe, please pass our thanks onto them. I always thought it was a cliche when people would say it was the best day of their lives, but it really was. So thank you so much for making it so perfect. Lots of love Clea & Dave
