Clients Pictures and Review of Barcelo Puerto Vallarta! (04/04/2014-7NTS) The flights: Smooth on the way to PV, return delayed by an hour sitting on the plane because someone lost their passport. Transfers: Well organized and on time. Beach: Beautiful, clean and well maintained. Remember in PV they have those biting bugs similar to mosquitos so take bug spray!!!! Pool: Clean and maintained. Service: Great service when ordering drinks. I had to call the front desk a few times for towels, and a few things the maid forgot and someone was bringing them within 10 minutes every time. One lunch it took a server over half an hour to approach us, while others arriving later got served. Management took note and sent a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room. Food: We did ala carte for every dinner meal and the food was wonderful with great presentation. The buffet had variety and was good. Rooms: First 2 bedroom room ever (THANKS to Marcy) for this family of four, with our kids being teenagers. Very nice to have privacy and moments away from the kids, and Im sure they felt the same! It was large, clean, and included all the amenities to make a comfortable stay. Bonus was an amazing ocean view without extra charge. I dont think this resort has a bad view in the way it was designed. Entertainment: Didnt go to any of the nightly shows. Would you return: Yes. Would you recommend this resort? Yes. How did you find our service? Like always BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! So much attention to EVERY detail. I wish every business I dealt with, I had the same pleasurable experience!! Much gratitude to Marcy for all she does!!! Are you satisfied with the service provided and received? ABSOLUTELY!! Would you recommend our service to your family or friends? ALWAYS DO!!! I seriously cannot even thank you enuf!!!! This is the best room we have ever, ever had!!!! Unbelievable what 2 rooms can do!
