Coal News : Thursday, 24 July 14 komorocoal/komoro-news/indonesian-coal-exporters-are-required-to-obtain-et-batubara-under-latest-trade-ministrys-new-regulation.aspx Indonesian Coal Exporters Are Required To Obtain Et-Batubara under Latest Trade Ministrys New Regulation Indonesias trade ministry has issued regulation No. 39/M-DAG/PER/7/2014 which is required to obtain ET-Batubara for exporters of coal power plant as and other type of coal on or before September 1st 2014. As according to this new regulation that is issued by Trade Minister of Indonesia on July 15, the trade ministry will issue ET- Batubara within 5 working days from date of receipt of application from coal exporters and this license is applicable for 3 years. The governments permitted surveyors are only permissible to issue LS which is obligatory for coal export and it also needs coal surveyors to register their operations with the trade ministry to attain sanction to act as confirmation surveyor. ET-Batubara and LS will be compulsory with other documents to get export consent from customs.
