Im back from an awesome, Internationally Recognized National Geographic 6-days Camping/Hiking Expedition to mystical Mt Roraima - 2810 metres, Venezuela! So much stories to tell, a lifetime of fondest memories...I just have to settle-down because I simply dont know where to begin!!!! I feel so....privileged/blessed to have experienced another one of lifes true mysteries and to meet so many wonderful people along my walk of life. This burning desire to enter a country and in so doing, challenge the negative status-quo projected on Venezuela and see the beauty of a magnificent land and the glory of her people! Much Thanks to Sandra Tommasino Pugno & Luca Tommasino for inspiring me to witness what you both experienced in 2013. To John Lum Young for providing me with vital literature written by the great Victor Quesnel from T&Ts Field Naturalist Club who himself made this ascent in the 1990s.
