Coming home from a halfway productive day. They dont come by too often. The tyranny of the expedient you know. Then I get the double whammy. Boom! Governor Haslam has decided to make swift, decisive cuts to his budget without consulting the education organizations in his state. No teacher raises next year. Boom! Walk into the house and my water heater appears to have forgotten to shut off the heating element. Water spewing everywhere. That raise sure would have come in handy I suppose. They say teachers dont vote. I dont know who they are, but I think they are about to find out just how much teachers CAN vote. I am definitely voting. And it wont be purty.
