Community Partnership for Pets, Inc. (CPPI) welcomes Dr. Glenn McPherson & Dr. Matthew Pisani of Animals of Eden, Brevard, NC as participating veterinarians in our Community Spay/Neuter Program. Noahs Arc Spay/Neuter Clinic will continue to provide surgeries for families in/around Transylvania County as well. Since August 2005, CPPI, a Henderson County based all volunteer nonprofit organization, has spayed/neutered over 13,800 pets for families living in and around Henderson County. The results of spay/neuter is shown in what you wont see and that is another litter of unwanted puppies or kittens discarded in our communities and at our local shelters. Since CPPI started, the Henderson County Animal Shelter has seen a 25% decrease in the number of animals coming into the Henderson County Shelter - demonstrating that spay/neuter does work when quality spay/neuter programs and funding is available.
