Congress needs to fix this,while some want to consistently voice racial rhetoric in the media never stepping up to plate just instigations of violent assaults against family members shooting our children falsifying reports. We have high definition video caption, real time streaming satellite. What more evidence is need to get the policies enacted that well put an end to racial discrimination in law enforcement. They should not allow this type of behavior to persist especially against our African-American family members,it hard to believe it but its true! Racism in America still exists. Why is the police and law enforcement departments predominantly white officers. The nondiscrimination law still disproportionately discriminates against the African-American communities. In spite of the fact that these neighborhoods are home to many other cultural diversity populations also. Is it try police use the fear of deportations and other underminings of civil rights in these diverse communities? However,when examining the numerous incidents it does appear that the crime rate of actual crimes being committed has drop ,meaning a crime on progress where someone has called police for assistance vs a call in to report a crime being committed vs something suspicious going on vs someone standing somewhere looking suspicious. Is the law enforcement really that strapped they have to make up crime. The stop@frisk law,racial profiling,designated high crime areas. Its really worst than what the media propaganda rhetoric where they constantly use poor and fate in the same sentence. How sorry they are for those at the bottom,Its and it is the holidays yet their relentless discrimination of African-American through the media is equal to that of the rhetoric of racial tensions all throughout the fifties,sixties and well into the seventies. Only because of advanced technologys we now have the capabilities to see and do things many never thought would ever be possible. Yet African-American can not organize themselves or receive funding from law enforcement departments in creating their own security force for the protection of their familys and communities. Just about everyone knows a racist when they see one they always want to make themselves known. By violence or force its there only way. However,the behavior of police officers in the USA is no longer acceptable in a civilized society everyone with access to broadcast or internet knows whats going on in the US yet they say the American people,in the west. The propaganda is the same as Hitler and Nazi Germany plotting against the Jews.
