Constitutional scholar question. Since Obamacare was signed into law, there have been 19? exemptions/changes. Supposedly, to change a law, congress must approve the changes. Being it hasnt happened with Obamacare, who specifically can require congressional action and delete the changes? The Senate? Leader of the Senate? Anyone in the Senate? Who can we point to and say You are not fulfilling your responsibilites that you swore oath to.? Then we need to get rid of them. I have sent this question to my congressional reps but dont expect an answer. Im sure this is not the first time this has happened but it needs to be the last time by any president.
