Contructual, project-based and emoloyees who are under agencies are the common reasons why many of us Filipinos are working overseas. Less chances of becoming regular, less benefits and low salary. Most are being paid minimum which is not enough to sustain our needs. The government should do something to abolish this. Foriegn companies are taking opportunity to this kind of employment system because theyre paying less. Its so sad that our government supports the companies more than us employees. :( #justsayin #
