Corruption, greed in our society among other vices were the essence of WG siege success.Somebody somewhere was greedy enough to take money from suspicious characters who wanted to rent a stall at WG. Still more tragic, some government official in some office somewhere was willing to issue ID card to some strange characters without proof of citizenship. Greed, as a country is our greatest tragedy. of course we call it ambition and even go to the extend of castigating those who do not manifest the same symptoms of being ambitious (greedy) enough. The ancient Roman civilization was destroyed by the cancer of greed and unless we check our insatiable appetite for money and the things it can buy, i can bet we are headed the same way. However ours will be more tragic since we are still stagnated at the backyard of civilization. In one word- it is near impossible to be rich without sufficient greed- are you greedy enough.
