County to Donate to Flood Victims Yellowhead County Council will donate $30,000 to the Canadian Red Cross Alberta Floods Fund. CAO Jack Ramme informed council at its regular council meeting on Tuesday that administration believed financial aid would be the most efficient way to help flood victims in Southern Alberta or Fort McMurray.
