Courageous of crazy - just read that a family with two small children rescued after being lost at sea for nearly 3 months after setting out in a small boat from the U.S to Kiribati. After the 1st two weeks the boat took a beating and they found themselves in a twilight zone existence being hit by squall after squall. They were down to some juice and honey when they were rescued by Venezuelan vessel and the first thing the captain said to them was "Do you now where you are? Your in the middle of no where" The family are now back in Arizona trying to come up a new plan to leave - it would have been safer, easier and cheaper to fly to Kiribati and of course they would be there now. Oh well such is life.
