Court Update - Oct. 1st My next court appearance is October the 1st. Today, I received confirmation from my Atty Ben Scales that he will call for a trial date. I will keep everyone informed if we are able to secure a date going forward. I have also asked my atty once again to attempt to find an amicable way for all parties involved to resolve my case outside of the courtroom, as had been and remains my desire. I dont ask the state to look bad, only to look at the facts of the case with me, and to that end Ben is requesting we be able to meet personally with applicable prosecutors prior to the date of my next scheduled appearance in the hopes a trial can be avoided. Im very thankful for all the support I receive from other persons with diagnosis, especially the ones who must remain silent for fear of persecution or judgment. I am proud to stand next to you all and for those who lives have saw renaissance with the discontinuation of pharmaceuticals and a more practical application of medical care through attempting to affect the overall home-stasis of ones body systems.
