Court orders Fatwa department to accept 12 lawyers The Administrative Court ordered the Fatwa and Legislation department accept 12 male and female lawyers whose applications for employment the department previously excluded. The plaintiffs counsel praised the court verdict saying it is a clear restoration of violated rights and fair delivery of justice in favor of the petitioners, noting that the court fined the undersecretary of Justice KD 100 for decling to execute the Courts decision to present the names of the applicants that were employed - suggested by none of the petitioners.
