Cover of Up On a Roof...Didnt really know where I was going but went somewhere, spent some time and then left. Managed to not fall off too much :P Some roofs hurt worse than others. I was actually practicing manipulating a tube mic and mic pre amp. didnt really get the sense the compressor plugin was taming things so I had to move around a lot. It can be kinda tedious moving out of a sweet zone just so high notes dont blast the mic. Its kinda what you have to do. Think Phil Spectors philosophy...no not his philosophy of gun play as foreplay but rather he felt a tired singer or performer is a better one. I agree. You control the peaks and valleys better with vocalists if you tire their vocal chords. youtu.be/lHgDs3g09Dw
