Crabmeat and Shrimp Casserole 1 large onion 1 large bell pepper 2 ribs celery, cut up 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 lb shrimp 1 lb crabmeat black pepper to taste hot sauce (optional) 3/4 cup bread crumbs margarine or butter Saute onions, bell peppers and celery 10 to 15 minutes (until soft). Add soup. Cook 15 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 20 minutes. Remove from fire. Add crabmeat and 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Top with remaining bread crumbs. Dot with margarine or butter. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until top is light brown.
