Crunch Ranch Tortilla Chicken 1(1oz.) Envelope ranch dressing 2 lbs chicken tenders 3/4 C buttermilk 1 LG egg 1/2 C a-p flour 1(13oz.) Package ranch chips (doritos) finely crushed Veg. Cooking spray preheat oven to 450 sprinkle 1Tsp. Dressing mix evenly over chicken. Whisk together buttermilk, egg, and remaining dressing mix. place flour and crushed chips in separate shallow dishes. Dredge chicken in flour; dip in buttermilk mixture, and roll in crushed chips. Coat chicken lightly on all sides with cooking spray. Set aside. Place a large baking sheet in 450 oven for 5 minutes. Place chicken on hot pan. Bake 18 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Serve
