Customer Service Executive (Shift basis): Location: Bangsar Utama Specific Responsibilities: - Respond to all requests for assistance in an empathetic, timely and professional manner. Ensure customer focused and quality service at all times. Requirements: - Willing to work on shift 13 hours - 7.30am to 8.00pm & 7.30pm to 8.00am (16 days a month) - Customer service experience in call centre is preferred. - Possess at least Diploma in any field. - Good written and spoken English.
