Customers feedback😁 Compliments or concerns about Salesperson Jon was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was there looking for a replacement vehicle for my 2002 Highlander (also bought at Steven); Jon quickly picked up that I was the customer (as compared to other salespeople at other dealerships that were only speaking to my husband). He was friendly, polite, narrowed in quickly on what features were important to me in the vehicle and most importantly, didnt try to push other vehicles. When we arrived, we didnt go into the dealership, just walked around and compared the two vehicles I was most interested in - Jon noticed us out there and came right out. We went for a test drive, looked under the hood, and told Jon we wanted to think about it - and he was not pushy at all. Steve texted him with a question that night and he immediately responded - even though the dealership had closed. Feedback on your Dealership Facilities Clean, pleasant, well maintained - clean bathrooms! One thing dealer should change to keep you a loyal customer Its really hard to think of something ! Im pretty happy with them. One thing dealer should continue to keep you a loyal customer Not change. I feel they truly value our business.
