Customers understanding... Hi all, Hope its been a good week for all so far. Mine was great till this evening. I want to take this chance to highlight to all customers & customers friendssss that just to avoid disappointment for them to come and no seats available / me being unable to serve them... please make reservation for weekdays/weekends NIGHT especially. This evening crowd was overflow and with a waiting list of 5 tables of 5pax each... more walk in and making unacceptable demands of making sitting down customers to change their table or getting more stools which will block our serving pathway even blocking the entrance. After explaining many times to them that its impossible, they turn around and made totally unpleasant remarks. Labour in F&B in Singapore has/had been an issue, needless to mention us(Katsuya). To conclude, I will continue to serve my best to all that understand us and apologise in advance if we are unable to meet some customers expectations. Many thanks again to all. Cheers! the Chef
