Cute? or cruel :( I fail to understand how anybody who loves wild animals could keep one in a virtual prison exposed to disgusting human germs and food like white rice meh.. poor little creature i do wonder if he or she has ever met another slow loris.. gorgeous things are under threat in the wild because their native habitat is under threat from inhumane practices like deforestation and the illegal pet trade. All species face extinction. Slow lorises are a group of several species of strepsirrhine primates which make up the genus Nycticebus. Found in South and Southeast Asia, they range from Bangladesh and Northeast India in the west to the Philippines in the east, and from the Yunnan province in China in the north to the island of Java in the south.
