DAY -6 Oct 24, 2013 1:48 AM Hello all Dominick has started his harsh chemo he gets this every 6 hrs this chemo will kill of his immune system and it usually hits the GI track pretty hard. From his mouth all the way to his bottom! He will have sores all up and down the GI track. Its very painful and really sucks to watch your child go through it ! But I have faith GOD will comfort and guide Dominick through this ! He is doing great with doing what everyone asks him to do! Maybe does not happen exactly when asked but it does get done ! He continues to walk and ride his new roller racer Grandpa and Grandma bought him ! They have one at PT and he loves it so much. Last weekend he wanted to ride it and Nurses on weekends cant access PT room. So grandpa and grandma solved that ! He did another mile tonight on roller racer ! So PROUD ! This exercise is so VERY important for a full and quick recovery once he has transplant! Thank you again Mom and Dad ! Love you ! I started my GCSF shoots today to boost my white blood cells so that they can take my stem cells ! The shots give you bone pain, headache and flu like symptoms ! And Im already feeling it and I have 6 more shots to go ! Whatever I have to do to save Dominicks life will get done ! I am so grateful my mom is still here! Thank you to my family and friends for all your support ! I cant keep my eyes open so ta ta for now ! Love you all
