DAY 3: 60 SQUATS I LOVE this modification (Im one of those weird people who loves lunges!) If you havent already done your squats today, try this one. If youve already squatted it out- maybe try it next time? Squat like normal, rise, then step back with your right leg for a reverse lunge, come together standing, squat, then repeat on the left side. Those 60 squats will FLY by! And guess what. Yall have a DAY OFF tomorrow!! So make it BURN today!! ** Like or comment so I know youve done your squats!! Accountability!!! **
