DBP presents - WOMEN OF WHITEWATER WEDNESDAY : Kim Regnitz. Kim is a true heart in the Northwoods Wisconsin paddling community, with one foot planted on the rafting community and the other firmly placed in the old-school longboat days of whitewater kayaking. She has boated many of the classic Class V runs in the east, but mostly has served as a senior raft guide for Kosirs Rapid Rafts for almost 30 seasons on the Menominee River, Wisconsins only Class IV commercial run. A natural healer by profession and black belt martial artist for fun, she ALWAYS takes the River on its own terms and makes her trips safe for her custys and RESPECTS THE WALLACE. She has taught us Dirtbags both on and off the water what it means to be part of the paddling community, and we love and honor her here today!
