DC: Comments? __________________________________ Occupy Thunder Bay I have come to realize that ignorance and laziness are luxuries of which we can no longer afford. We are reaching a precipice of which there might not be a return. As we massacre the environment our government is quietly eroding our civil liberties, in the name of national security; not just in Canada and the US, but around the globe. All the while, quietly implementing policies meant to redistribute wealth from the bottom to the top, under the false hood banner of supply side economics. Forms of immediate gratification like TV, cell phones and video games, distract us, they cull our laziness and our apathy. We must cleanse them from our routines and lives. For now not only can our wrong actions lead to disastrous consequences, but so can our in-actions. We must begin to see every day as a choice between doing something or doing nothing. It matters not what others do, but what we do; for it is our actions and not our beliefs which provide us with meaning.
