DEADLINE FOR ENTERING IS TODAY AT 6 P.M. YOU MUST ENTER ONLINE. NO ENTRIES WILL BE TAKEN AFTER THE 6 PM DEADLINE. Help us accomplish our goal of $30,000 + for Hospice!!! The CTC/Hospice tournament is just around the corner (deadline for the entering tournament is Tuesday Jan. 27 at 6:00 p.m. and you may enter by going to charlestontennisclub) All of the money raised comes from sponsorships and donations from area businesses and individuals in our community. Please consider donating to this great cause, as Hospice touches so many in our community and surrounding areas. A great example of a little becoming a lot,is the CTC 3.5 women who have come together and raised $1500 in memory of their teammate Kathy King. $1000 sponsors are recognized on the participant t-shirt, $500 sponsors are recognized on banners hung on the tennis courts. Every little donation counts! Please consider donating even if it is not at those sponsorship levels. As a tennis community lets pull together and support Hospice!!! Child care will be provided ONLY FOR THOSE PLAYING IN THE TOURNAMENT. Non CTC members will be charged a nominal fee of $10.00 per child to help defer the cost of entertainment (crafts and games) and food that is provided for the kids. Checks can be dropped off to George or Shari at CTC or mailed to: Hospice Care 1606 Kanawha Blvd. W. Charleston, W.V. 25387. Please make checks payable to Hospice Care, with tennis in the memo.
