Our Cape Town office is currently expanding and we are looking for well spoken, assertive individuals with personal drive and commitment to complement our existing team of more than 100 employees. Positions available: Debt Negotiators Requirements: •Excellent Communication (in English, Afrikaans; third language is advantageous) •Matric is preferable (Minimum Grade 11) OR 6 months relevant working experience •Call Centre environment experience will be advantageous •Proficiency on computer is essential with a typing speed of at least 20 wpm and good accuracy •Ability to work rotational shifts (Mondays to Saturdays, No Public Holidays and no Sundays). •The latest shift currently is until 9pm. •Exceptional negotiation, persuasion and objection handling skills •Target-driven •Clear Credit and Criminal Record Additional Info: Permanent Full-Time positions Market-related Salary on offer Company transport solution available if required PLUS added incentives Extensive training is also provided to ensure all successful candidates maximize their performance potential.
