DELOITTE REPORT: According to a survey carried out by Deloitte involving 17 companies,Craft Silicon,an IT company, emerged as the best company to work for in Kenya.The second position was scooped by Procter & Gamble with Kenya Women Finance Trust (K.W.F.T) following in third position. Brewing giant,East African Breweries Limited came in fourth while Nation Media Group closed the elite five. Family bank emerged as the best company in the finance sector,other companies that scored well include Kenya Commercial Bank,Citibank,Unga Holdings,NIC bank and CIC insurance. The survey was conducted based on several parameters that include job satisfaction,remuneration,work-life balance and confidence in the organization.Companies that score more than 3.7 on a scale of 5 were deemed excellent.
