Togari Pochaiah,54 years,Deputy Commissioner Tax Officer office of Deputy Commissioner Tax Office, Mancherial,Karimnagar District was caught red handed by the ACB officials on september 27 at his office,when he demanded and accepted an amount of Rs.4,000 (Rupees Four thousand only) as bribe from the complainant,for doing an official favour “not to harass the complainant for ‘TIN’ number and demanded bribe as a mamool.”........ Bribe amount of Rs.4,000 was recovered from him.He has been arrested and will be produced before the Honourable IInd Additional Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad......
