SAVOIE”, AKA“LANCE SAVOIE”, AKA “among Other names he tries to use to hide his identity, currently moved to BINGHAMTON, NY From New Iberia, LA TO EVADE CHILD SUPPORT FOR 2 CHILREN (Brianne and Christopher) whom live in Texas and owes child support to 2 different kids with 2 different Mothers 2 in Texas. He owes over $71,200 in arrears and counting. He bounces state to state to evade paying by running a business in every state he runs to as Savoie Services general contracting to work self-employment to evade child support garnishment. He is convicted Felon in State of Texas for Organized in criminal activity and has 5 misdemeanors in Fort Worth Texas and New Iberia, LA for Theft by checks and 2 weapon charges out of Euless, Texas. He used to live in Euless, Texas (which is a suburb of Fort Worth, TX) and then moved in 2007 to New Iberia La to live with his Father TJ (Tilden Joseph) Savoie, and his step sister Xan Savoie Collais (TJ Daughter) who also helps him evade by putting accounts in their names to hide money and given him money so he doesn’t have to show income, who helps him evade his child support obligations. Mr. Savoie also lied to the VA about this time in the Army which he was general discharged in 1998 due to disciplinary actions in the Army stating his bipolar condition was something that he got in the army or was aggravated while in the army. Mr. Savoie NEVER went and the Army never sent him to a hostile environment like overseas orders he spent all 2years he was in the army at Fort Hood, Texas which was from 1995-1997. Mr. Savoie was diagnosed as a teenager with his bipolar disorder as well as being ADD. He is receiving benefits through VA at only 20% and then lies to social services in every state to get Welfare, Housing allowances, Food Stamps and Medicaid stating he is disabled and he is NOT and he lies about income since he runs a under the table business wherever he travels too. He is a social path and a compulsive liar. He will lie and cheat anyone to get what he wants. He owes everyone money in Texas and Louisiana where he has defraud individuals out of their money for his business. He is a dangerous person. His half-sister Xan Collais in New Iberia also helps him evade his child support obligations. Last place he was living was in Binghamton, New York. On this Facebook shows proof showing he owes the back due child support and to show he isn’t paying his court order regular support. I have also put pictures of proof of what he owes in arrears and counting for 2 kids he owes from State of Texas Child Support cases, Texas has jurisdiction of 2 cases Louisiana was helping to enforce before Mr. Savoie moved from Louisiana in 2013.
