DONA DO BARRASHOPPINGSUL QUER PAGAR EM MEDIDAS MITIGATÓRIAS APENAS 5,5% DOS R$ 900 MILHÕES DAS 18 TORRES DO JOCKEY CLUB EM PORTO ALEGRE A movimentação do dono da Multiplan, José Isaac Peres, e do seu diretor Paulo Bastos, desde o início das negociações com a prefeitura de Porto Alegre sobre as 18 torres das baias do Jockey Club, visaram reduzir o valor das medidas mitigatórias. A Polícia Federal investiga as pressões da Multiplan sobre a prefeitura, baseada em grampos e testemunhas, e constatou até agora que, ao contrário do Shopping Iguatemi, que gastará 10% do valor do investimento em contrapartidas, a Multiplan não quer desembolsar mais do que 5,5% do investimento total de R$ 900 milhões. A Operação Concutare, da Polícia Federal, parou com todas as conversações, mas a Multiplan já voltou á carga. (Políbio Braga)
