DONT FALL FOR SPRINTS COMMERCIALS. They say they will cut your phone bill in half. NOT My son switched his family from AT&T because they were always slipping extra charges in and I am paying for my two grand daughters with Sprint and my bill is the same every month. So when Sprint said you could switch to them for $100.00 up to five phones, My son jumped on it. They even said they would pay your early termination fee with AT&T up to $350.00 a phone. NOT I bought their new phones with Sprint $881.00 as their Christmas present (and believe me they got nothing else). We get the early termination bill from AT&T $1,528.16 and take it to the Sprint store, if you call customer service they cant do anything for you, they send you to the store you made the deal with (DUHHHH) They say they will not pay it because we did not lease the phones at $35.00 a month for each phone. Then how can they advertise you only pay $100.00 a month for up to 5 people. 4 phones at 35.00 equals $140.00 just for the phones and then you dont get good coverage, they are only 3G and not 4G like AT&T and Verizon. SO BEWARE I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It will be interesting to see what happens. I think we will try Verizon next if Sprint will let us out of our contract and no early termination fee. I will bad mouth them every chance I get. Anyone have warnings about switching to Verizon.
