The list of Courses and the Seats allotted for each course will be the same as it was in 2012-13 in all the colleges of the University. 2. The first cut off list will be declared on July 1, 2014 and admissions will start the same day. There will be 8 cut-off lists as per the schedule attached. 3. Colleges will send the cutoffs to the office of the Registrar one day in advance of each list by 4:00 pm / 8:00 pm (in case of evening colleges). 4. Colleges will display the cut-offs on their own websites also after 8:00 p.m. 5. Additional eligibility criteria will be applicable as per the practice of 2012-13. 6. Detailed Additional Eligibility criteria of each college will be uploaded on the college website before the admission process starts and shall be prominently displayed on the college notice boards. Once notified, the Additional Eligibility criteria cannot be changed during the entire admission process. 7. All the candidates already registered online/ offline through the University for the current academic year will now be eligible for admission to all courses wherever they meet the eligibility criteria. 8. All candidates who have not already registered will be required to fill the University registration form on the payment of Rs 100 (General/OBC) /50 (SC/ST/PwD), along with the college Admission form in case s/he meets the cut-off and qualifies for admission. This registration made in a college will be valid in case the candidate takes admission in another college/course in subsequent cut-off lists 9. An undertaking from each student declaring that s/he is taking admission in a UG course of three-year duration in full consciousness and awareness, will be taken in an appropriate format by the respective colleges. 10. Admission of SC/ST and PwD category candidates will be carried out by respective colleges in the same manner as for the General and OBC category candidates. However, there will be no additional eligibility criteria for these candidates i.e. SC/ST/PwD candidates. 11. SC/ST/OBC certificates should be in the name of the candidate only. The OBC certificate of ‘non-creamy layer’ should be as specified by the Central Government rules. 12. The admission to BBS and B.A. Hons (Business Economics) be held on the basis of the criteria already announced for BMS admission 2014-15. However, the best four subjects will be calculated as per the admission guideline for these courses prevalent in the year 2012-13. The seat distribution will be restored to the status 2012-13. Centralized Counseling would take place as per the schedule to be announced. 13. Procedure for admissions of Kashmiri Migrants, CW, Foreign Students, Sports and ECA remains unaltered. 14. The last date of admissions for this year will be July 31, 2014.
