DUA دعا Its root is Da د Aa ع (Ain) Wa و Its mean to call somebody. 2/23 وَادْعُوا شُهَدَاءَكُم You call your helpers. 2/61 فَادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ Call your Rubb for us. Now we discuss that issue which is the most difficult portion of the religious and philosophical world . If the correct concept is not clear different doubts are created. To seek Duaا دعا from Allah we have to ponder over an example:- In one court A(Zaid ز يد ) is Muddae/Prosecutor مدعي and (Bakar بكر ) is against which has been prosecuted مدعا عليه. Zaid prays to Allah the verdict should be in his favour. Following points can be raised:- One group believes that all the human issues are pre decided. If it is correct then its means ;it is pre decided that the Zaid will be loser or winner. 1-If it is pre decided that Zaid will lose “Will Allah change His decision soon Zaid prays? And will Zaid win instead of losing?. If it is so happens then it means Allah changes His decisions according to the wishes of the mankind. 2-Suppose Zaid was a liar in his prosecution/issue .Question rises “Will Allah decide in favour of Zaid? If it so happens means Allah decided in favour of a liar and deprives the true person. This is the wrong concept about Allah. 3-Suppose Zaid is true in his issue. If Zaid does not pray to Allah ;will the decision be in his favour or not? If the decision can not be in his favour without pray means Allah does not issue decision at his own in favour of a true person and true person has to beg Allah to win favour. This concept about Allah is also wrong. 4-If Allah decides only in favour of true person then praying is useless. 5-This is clear that man has to endeavour to get success. Not illegal but legal. Now the question rises : If zaid only prays but does not struggle will he win? If he/Zaid only prays and wins then what Allah has insisted for action will become waste less..And if he wins without struggle then what is the use of Dua? 6- If Zaid is praying and Bakar is also praying which Dua will Allah accept and whom will He rejects? There are so many doubts of various kinds which have been created for which Religion and Philosophy is striving hard to solve. The Quran has mentioned that this concept of Dua is wrong and is of that time when the mankind was in childhood and had so far not known about the Law of Causality/Qanooon e Asbaab. Quran has mentioned that: 1- Everything in the universe is running because of the fixed law and Allah never makes any change in his laws.33/62.”You will not see any change in the Divine laws! 2- Divine Law has also been implemented in the human world. Anybody who will act accordingly will be successful 53/39-40. Anybody who does not act according to the Divine law and understands that just praying can achieve his goal ;his concept not correct about Allah and also can not achieve success. Only the true Dua دَعْوَةُ الْحَقّ لَهُ can bring successful results 13/14 and brings constructive results. Dua is only which is according to His laws. 13/14 ِ وَالَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ لَا يَسْتَجِيبُونَ لَهُم بِشَيْءٍ Those who seek their urges/wishes from others ;means they wish to gain their success because of their worshiping pressure leaving Divine Laws/Law of Allah ;they are on wrong side. إِلَّا كَبَاسِطِ كَفَّيْهِ إِلَى الْمَاءِ لِيَبْلُغَ فَاهُ وَمَا هُوَ بِبَالِغِهِ Like a person (sitting on the bank of a river) is spreading his hands to words water (and prays that water should come in his mouth);the water cannot go into his mouth like this. وَمَا دُعَاءُ الْكَافِرِينَ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَالٍ 13/14. The prayers of those who refuse the Divine Laws ;their prayers can never bring constructive results.13/15.Do’t you see everything in the universe is running willingly or unwillingly as per Divine laws. How mankind can be different from those. Conclusion:- Our Dua should be within the criteria of the Quran But that will need reasonable efforts/struggle to get constructive results. If our Dua are out of that criteria will never be accepted even if we are endeavouring for. Example:- All Hadiths are out of the Divine criteria which are not revealed due to which our those efforts are being wasted. Our Dua right according to the Quran are or would be correct but our efforts are not up to the required /acceptable limits therefore they are also not being accepted. Only the results show whether we were serious for that in action or were just praying. If we are achieving the Quranic written results we are becoming successful otherwise not.
