Daily work report of Thursday August 8, 2013: I enrolled the seminar of “Potential Development of NFE Teacher Project”. It’s held at Ratchasuppamit Hotel, Kanchanaburi on August 5, 2013 – August 9, 2013. Today is the fourth day of seminar. The topics lectured by the Facilitator were listed below, 1. Dharma in Working lectured by Mr. Sujja Wongsaroj (Director of Staff Affair Department, Office of NFE). 2. Personality and Leadership of NFE Teacher lectured by Dr. Sarasawadee Musikbutt (Teachers of special expertise, Teachers and Education Personnel Development Institute, Office of NFE). Then, I met the group facilitator counselor – Mr. Chaitawat Keeranan (Director of Banna NFE Center, Nakhon Nayok) – playing a role as Academician. I concluded the knowledge concept to be debated and presentation. Moreover, the Farewell Party was held in the evening. รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานวันพฤหัสบดีที่ ๘ สิงหาคม ๒๕๕๖: เข้ารับการพัฒนาศักยภาพครู กศน. ตามโครงการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพครู กศน. ปี ๒๕๕๖ ณ โรงแรมราชศุภมิตร จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันจันทร์ที่ ๕ สิงหาคม ๒๕๕๖ – วันศุกร์ที่ ๙ สิงหาคม ๒๕๕๖ โดยวันนี้เป็นวันที่สี่ของการเข้ารับการพัฒนา โดยในวันนี้หัวข้อการบรรยายให้ความรู้แก่ผู้เข้ารับการพัฒนา มีทั้งหมด 2 หัวข้อ คือ 1. ธรรมะกับการทำงาน โดย นายสัจจา วงศาโรจน์ (ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มการเจ้าหน้าที่ สำนักงาน กศน.) 2. บุคลิกภาพและภาวะผู้นำของครู กศน. โดย ดร.สรัสวดี มุสิกบุตร (ครูชำนาญการพิเศษ สถาบันพัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สำนักงาน กศน. ) และในตอนเย็นปฏิบัติหน้าที่ นักวิชาการประจำกลุ่ม สรุปประเด็นองค์ความรู้ทั้งหมดที่ได้เรียนรู้มาทั้งวัน แล้วนำมาถกแถลงเพื่อนำเสนอต่อไป หลังจากนั้นมีงานเลี้ยงสังสรรค์เชื่อมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้เข้าร่วมรับการพัฒนา
