Darling, open your eyes. You are not made up of those words that hurt you. Or that number on that scale. Or the expectations you feel you will never meet. You are made up of nothing more than you. Simply, wonderfully, and uniquely you. You are a lovely and complex soul. An individually fascinating combination of thoughts, ideas, feelings, and emotions. No other can be as beautiful as you. Look beyond the mirror, look at your soul. Only then will you see yourself as you truly are. Beautiful. So smile and dont forget to love yourself. Dont listen if someone says you arent good enough. Youre worth it. No matter how many times someone has told you otherwise, you really are. Some people wont be happy until theyve pushed you to the ground. What you have to do is have the courage to stand your ground. Let go of the thoughts that dont make you strong. Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle. You control your happiness. Dont let anyone take either your control or happiness away from you. Place your hand over your heart. Feel that? Thats called PURPOSE. Youre alive for a reason. Dont ever forget that. Lets put an end to bullying. No one deserves to feel worthless.
