Davitts GAA Club have entered a team into the 2014 Féile U14 football competition. It will be run over the last last weekend in June. As a host club we will have to facilitate another club travelling to the area. We are asking families/members/supporters to considering host between 2 and 4 players for the Friday and Saturday nights (27th & 28th) if at all possible. This tournament last came to mayo 17 years ago and a great football and learning experience was enjoyed by those involved. It would be a shame to deny our U14s the chance to play against some of the best teams from the country, Britain and indeed the US. If you would consider helping the club out with regards to hosting players or would like any further information then please contact club secretary R. Kirrane, Bord Na Nóg Chairman L.
