Day 1 In Lima (yesterday), the city is huge, the traffic is crazy (even at 2am), and it is very slumlike. We got in late and flew into to Cusco this morning. A Difference between 11,000 feet in 45 minutes. Ive been drinking Coca tea and chewing Coca leaves (both illegal in the US), but extremely common here. Between the slight caffeine like buzz from that and the extreme light-headedness and dizziness from the altitude I feel slightly trippy. Ive never been this high! (Pun intended). Anyways the people are nice, and very small.....Im thinking I should move here, I feel like a giant for once 😜. Im ready for some adventure!! Ps....I just realized that I must not be my normal self....I didnt cap every word. 😒
