Day 107 Relying on the Lord is Powerful II Chronicles 13:18 The men of Israel were subdued on that occasion, and the men of Judah were victorious because they relied on the LORD, the God of their fathers. It was simply, ‘because they relied on the LORD God’ that they were able to survive. There are those days in all of our lives when it seems like the enemy is going to over run our position and the war will be lost. Every believer who has walked with the Lord more than a few weeks has experienced that feeling of pressure or darkness or maybe even despair in the battlefields of life. The rather uncomplicated but profound answer is found here in this simple verse about the people of God putting their total reliance on God. God, my Father, is able to sustain and give stability and even bless our lives in the middle of seeming chaos and pandemonium.
