Day 15: Lap pull overs 1. Top is dumbbells together 2. Bottom is dumbbells split Last week of 21 day fix. Mentally preparing myself for 30 days of Insanity and then until the next new program of insanitymax:30! I am beyond excited, I will be in one of the first test groups :) This might be a TMI but women season came & all of us women know that we dont want to do anything but be lazy and eat good stuff. Definitely how I was feeling the past few days. My back hurts, stomach hurts, I just want to curl up in a ball, but I havent & you shouldnt let that stop you either.
