✨Day 18 of 60~clean eating/fitness challenge.... 💁Do you know what making healthy food choices, and exercising can do for you? ~controls your weight ~reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and reduces the risk of some cancers ~strengthens your bones and muscles ~improves your mental health and mood ~live a longer life These are reasons enough for me! So far...Ive lost 9 lbs, feel stronger, healthier, have increased confidence in myself, my mood has improved, and my endurance improves each time I exercise..making it easier to push forward and reach my goals. Oh..and when you see and feel the results...that just fuels the desire to keep going! 👊 Progress pics at day 30 💪
