Day 2 Today I am grateful for: 1. My improving health. I am finally starting to wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and not needing to go back to bed by 10am. I couldnt be grateful for this without being grateful for finding the best acupuncturist ever. She is the absolute guru. 2. Discovering Kundalini Yoga. It has changed my life and may just be my answer to clarity, peace of mind and inner peace. 3. My Mums wonderful friends who invited her to travel with them on an amazing trip - right when she needed it most. Today I nominate Bernadette Foy, Michelle Evans and Joanna Leigh Frederick to complete the 7 day Gratefulness Challenge and to nominate 3 other people every day to do the same.
