Day 2 of the Free 7 Day Upper Body Blast challenge, todays challenge comes from PiYo (Ive adapted the reps/sets for our purposes), its the current program I am using and I LOVE IT! Give it a try! From downward facing dog come into puppy dog (forearm downdog), moving from here into a set of dolphin dives bringing your shoulders over your wrists, maintaining a nice long spine, and to come back into puppy dog send your hips back and up. Repeat this 10x, then 10x with the left leg up then 10x with the right leg up. Go for it and let me know how ya did!
