Kneeling Tuck & Kick Outs ***4 sets at 60 seconds per leg 3. Plank + Leg Lift ***4 sets at 60 seconds 4. Straight Leg Pulse ***4 sets at 60 seconds per leg 5. Reverse Slide Lunge ***4 sets at 60 seconds per leg 6. Lateral Lunge Slide ***4 sets at 60 seconds 7. Pulse Squat ***4 sets at 60 seconds >>>Complete 1 set for each exercise and proceed to the next exercise without any rest. After completing all four exercises for the first round rest for 1 minute (if needed) and complete the remaining 3 rounds for each exercise. By the end of the four rounds you should have completed 4 sets of each exercise.
